Is it true at the moment? Nope, not at all.
Did I actually mean it when I said it? Apparently not.
Back then, did I know that what I said wouldn't be true? Yes.
Am I being stupid right now for "hitting the brakes and driving back?"
Yes. Possibly. Maybe.
My life has been made up of cloudy days for quite a while. Maybe I'm just craving the sun. But then again, there are plenty of different suns out there, different stars. Why stay with the familiar? Because somehow, my mind is just refusing to swerve. It seems to be quite stubborn.
